1. Quality of Materials

All wood used in construction and furniture work should be of high quality, well-seasoned, and free from defects such as cracks, warping, or insect damage. 2. Workmanship and Finishing

3. Installation and Protection

All wooden elements, including doors, windows, cabinets, and panels, must be installed level, plumb, and firmly secured. Hinges, locks, and handles should be aligned and tested for proper functioning. Anti-termite treatment should be applied before and after installation to ensure longevity. Finished work should be protected from scratches, moisture, and dust during and after completion.
